Dr. Michael Turner – CEO & Co-Founder
A data scientist and strategist, Michael has over 15 years of experience delivering commercial and political strategy and research insights.
He is a Co-founder and a Director at Freshwater Strategy, a research and consulting firm based in Sydney, Brisbane and London.
Michael has led major consulting programmes for governments and global brands; and is widely recognised for his work in politics, campaigns and corporate strategy.
He drives PollStream’s research and insights vision – ensuring accuracy, innovation, and utility as we build.
Zishan Sajan – COO & Co-Founder
A seasoned SaaS entrepreneur and technology leader, Zishan brings deep expertise in product design, automation, and scale.
As founder of multiple software ventures including SoftWurk Ltd, he leads product development and operations at PollStream – blending innovation, structure, and execution to turn complex ideas into powerful tools.
