  • Keep login details secure.

  • Use services only for lawful business purposes.

  • Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse data.

  • Respect our intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, datasets, dashboards, charts, and AI outputs remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Customers may use outputs internally or for presentations but not resell them.

5. Data & Privacy

  • Polling datasets provided are aggregated and anonymised.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Fees depend on your chosen tier.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

  • Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

  • We do not guarantee error-free or specific outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

  • Payments remain unpaid.

You may terminate with notice per your subscription agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
